- Pavers or slab:
Pavers are concrete blocks that are put together to create an exterior space for vehicle traffic or people. Pavers are among the most popular materials for constructing hardscape projects; they require little maintenance and come in different shapes, styles and colours. Other common hardscaping projects include: raised garden beds, retaining walls, driveways and pool decks.
How to use pavers?
* You can build patios, walkways, pool contours.
You can also create garden borders, garden walls to separate various spaces, retaining walls that will allow you to have a garden with several levels.
Slabs are most often used to create a patio space. Being much larger than pavers and thinner, they can be combined to create an outdoor room with a slightly more comfortable floor than grass.
Once the slabs are assembled as puzzle pieces, the joints are very often filled with sand. With the slabs, you can create a patio, driveway and various other spaces through or in place of your lawn.
